Becoming a Wholesale Partner

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Hampton James Clothing! We are excited to explore the opportunity of working together to deliver quality children's products to our branded under Hampton James. 

Wholesale Direct Customers will be allowed first look and enjoy the opportunity to order first before being offered to those not direct with Hampton James. 

Please do not order preorder items with in stock items, as well as ensure your opening order is at least $125. All follow up orders will not have a minimum. 

Wholesale Terms and Conditions

1. **Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):** Minimum Opening orders are $125 (this time only) for our Spring/Summer Season and 2 pieces per style purchased. Additional Orders will have a minimum of $125 and no style minimums. 

2. **Reseller Certificate:** Retailers must have a valid reseller certificate on file to prove their legitimacy as resellers.

3. **Submitting Orders:** All orders will be placed on the website once your account is approved. It is your responsibility to login to your account BEFORE placing an order to view wholesale pricing. We will no longer offer full refunds for wholesale orders placed with retail prices.

3. **Payment Terms:** Payment is due upfront at the time of order processing.

4. **Pricing Policy:** To ensure brand integrity for both retail and wholesale channels, maintain uniform pricing, and uphold fairness, we anticipate all wholesale accounts to retail current-season merchandise unless otherwise specified. We are committed to providing competitive prices and fostering equitable trade practices. Consistency is crucial not only for our retail clientele but also for yours. For each new release, we will furnish recommended pricing guidelines. You have the flexibility to set your customization fee in addition to the suggested retail price. Should we discover any resale of our items at wholesale or close-to-wholesale rates, we retain the right to decline future business dealings. Selling on third-party platforms like Amazon and Walmart is strictly prohibited.

5. **Shipping**: Wholesale customers are responsible for entire shipping costs.

5. **Returns Policy:** Sales are final, and returns will only be accepted for product defects or damaged goods that occur during shipping.

6. **Turn-Around Time: Orders are shipped on a first-come first-serve basis. Under normal circumstances, in stock online orders will typically ship out 2-5 business days from the day you order. Preorder ship dates will be posted for preorder season orders. We have done well in the past with our estimated ship dates but delays from manufacturing and/or shipping does sometimes occur.

7. **Reporting shortages/incorrect items:** Please let us know immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your order. Contact us by e-mail at wholesale@hamptonjamesclothing.com. 


Failure to honor these requirements may result in termination of your wholesale account.
